Re-Generate has extensive experience in a variety of hydro turbines including; Pelton, Francis, Kaplan, Crossflow, and Pump as Turbine (PaT). Moreover, our experience at feasibility stage combined with our commercial focus allows Re-Generate to quickly identify the most appropriate turbine technology and configuration for any given application.
Specialist Valves
We can design and supply a broad range of high pressure and large diameter valves including; Ball, Spherical, Butterfly, Conical and needle valves for MIV/TIV, energy dissipation and bypass valve applications.
Replacement Francis Runners, Guide Vanes and various other turbine components
Francis runners, guide vanes, head-covers, bushes, pots etc. Re-Generate can either design new components or supply like for like components to compliment a refurbishment or repair project.
Replacement Pelton Runners, Nozzle Assemblies etc
Bolted Bucket or mono construction, high efficiency pelton runners, nozzles, tips, spears, plates etc. Re-Generate can either design new components or supply like for like components using 'as manufactured' drawings or 3D scanning.
Turbine Shaft and Bearing Arrangements
Re-Generate has had significant success diagnosing and correcting poorly designed shaft and bearing arrangements that contribute to hydraulic instability, unacceptable bearing life and significant operational downtime.
Hydraulic Pressure Units (HPU's)
